ABOUT THE PROJECT
Mortar Architecture + Development recently moved to a new office where they have reSAWN’s TORA shou sugi ban cypress installed as a feature wall and counter facade. reSAWN routed out the Mortar logo for the feature wall.
Mortar Architecture + Development was founded by Anthony Morena with the mission to bring responsible development to New York City and the surrounding region by integrating architecture and development into a single practice. Over the past decade, the firm has designed and built notable new multifamily residential buildings and private residences, and converted and renovated existing buildings – with an emphasis on maximizing return for investors and providing residents with the highest standard of living.
